Agenda’s 2024 – Dunham-on-the-Hill and Hapsford

All meetings are held at the Dunham Hill Village Hall at 7.30pm, unless otherwise stated. The meetings are held on the first Tuesday every other month, unless otherwise stated. Extraordinary meetings are called as required and will be advertised on the Notice Board and website.

Public Participation – At each meeting there is an opportunity for members of the Public to make comment and raise questions. (total normal allocated time of 15 minutes).
